Little Sebago Lake, Gray & Windham

Little Sebago Lake is located in the towns of Windham and Gray, is about six miles long and a mile wide, and has a water quality rating that ranges from "average" to "above average" depending where on the lake the samples were taken. Its surface area covers 2009 acres, its maximum depth is 52 feet, and if you were to walk around the entire perimeter of the lake you would cover over 30 miles.

The length of the lake runs south to north, with Windham in the south and Gray in the north. The more developed areas of the lake are in the south. Enjoy all kinds of fishing and boating activity on Little Sebago as its size accomodates the larger power boats while all its islands and coves may be better explored from a canoe or kayak.

Little Sebago Lake is located just a few minutes from the Gray turnpike exit, has easy access to the city of Portland, and is very convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and amenities found in North Windham. It's a half hour drive to Freeport and L.L. Bean or drive in the other direction for 45 minutes and find yourself in North Conway, NH and the White Mountains.

Fishermen will find a healthy warm water fishery here with smallmouth and largemouth bass, white and yellow perch, and chain pickerel in abundance.
